Between Frames
presented Saturday, January 10, 3-5pm at Stelo Arts
My work with both multiple exposure and gesture explores the themes of permeability and continuity, reaching into the space between photographic frames.
What secrets about the past and future dwell in these layered and/or underexposed sites of indeterminacy, imagination, and desire?
“Between Frames” took shape as a movement-based performance and artist talk as well as a public photography installation showcasing digital multiple exposures taken in 2025 during my Studio Artist Residency at Stelo as well as illuminated negatives and prints of multiple exposures taken on film between 2024-25.
