Time Knife

Time Knife is a short video created in winter 2021. Its title is an homage to the “time knife” meme that was circulating at the time. In this work, I explored abrupt and withholding video, while also incorporating sensory-seeking behaviors that come naturally to me. This process pulled at the tensions and differences between sensory-seeking and sexualized action. It was developed through a generous space subsidy program at Water in the Desert (Portland, OR).
